Symptoms

Some Matchprint Virtual files are still on the Macintosh computer after the uninstaller runs.

Important:  Only run the uninstaller when you want to remove Matchprint Virtual software from the customer‘s system altogether. Otherwise, simply upgrade.

Solution

Manually remove the files.

1. In the Apple Finder, click Library > Frameworks.
2. Delete the following files:
• KodakCFM.framework
• KPGL.framework
• MVPMonInfo.framework
