Please attach a hardware key before entering a password

Symptoms

When you try to enter a Pandora password, a warning message appears, indicating that a hardware key needs to be attached.

Cause

Either the Pandora dongle is not attached to the machine or the machine is not configured for the USB device.

Solution

Attach the Pandora dongle to the machine, or call the Response Center Systems team to help you configure the machine to enable the USB device.
