Symptoms

Complete Title: Attempt to import Pandora layout into Prinergy Workshop in integrated mode results in technical error

When you attempt to import a Pandora layout into Prinergy Workshop while in integrated mode, an error is generated.

Cause

The file LandingPad.exe is not present in the C:\Program Files\Workshop\bin folder.

Solution

Re-install Prinergy Workshop from the server. Ensure the file LandingPad.exe is present in the C:\Program Files\Workshop\bin folder.
