Symptoms

When attempting to write out a PCF for the Brisque from the Print dialog box, the PCF - Creo Brisque option is not available from the Destination list.

Cause

A demo version of Pandora is installed, or the installation of Pandora was incomplete. The Brisque.jar file does not exist in the Plugins folder.

Solution

Reinstall Pandora, ensuring that the Brisque.jar file exists in the Plugins folder.
