Symptoms

When attempting to write out a PJTF for Prinergy from the Print dialog box, the PJTF - Creo Prinergy option is not available in the Destination list.

Cause

A demo version of Pandora is installed, or the installation of Pandora was incomplete. The Prinergy.jar file does not exist in the Plugins folder.

Solution

Reinstall Pandora, ensuring that the Prinergy.jar file exists in the Plugins folder.
