Symptoms

When you select Create new layout in Prinergy Workshop, the message Waiting for layout application appears, but Pandora does not start.

Cause

Possible causes:

A. Pandora has not been configured properly.

B. The Pandora version is not correct.

C. The Pandora dongle is not being recognized.

D. The license key is incorrect or has expired.

Solution

A. Ensure the layout application is configured to start RunPandora.exe.

B. Ensure Pandora 1.5 or later is installed.

C. Ensure the Pandora dongle is plugged into the machine and is recognized.

D. Ensure the license key issued for the dongle is for PandoraPlus (Powerpack) or PandoraPro (Powerpack), and that the license has not expired.
