Symptoms

Complete Title: Attempt to start Pandora from Prinergy Workshop results in error message "Unsupported job file format"

When you try to launch Pandora interactively from Prinergy Workshop, an error message appears in Pandora, indicating that the job file format is unsupported.

Cause

The most probable cause is the dongle is not licensed for the integrated option.

Solution

Record the hardware key (dongle) number and send an e-mail to Passwords-CCA@creo.com to request a Pandora Powerpack option license key.
