Symptoms |
Complete Title: Pandora Freezes If a Marks Preview in the Marks Palette is Less Than One Pixel in Width or Height When a mark must be scaled down to fit in the Marks palette preview window so that either the width or height is less than one screen pixel, Pandora freezes and, on Windows, the processor reaches 100%. You must then force quit Pandora. |
||
Cause |
The CPSI cannot generate an image that is less than one screen pixel in width or height. |
||
Solution |
This problem is fixed in Pandora 2.5. Pandora now detects if either the height or width of the mark will be scaled down too much and RIPs the mark with a larger value. This results in a larger blank area around the mark. The mark itself may image as a single-pixel line. |
