Symptoms |
Agfa PDF RIP converts spot colors to process when PDF output generated from Pandora is dropped into a hot folder or downloaded using RIP Pilot. |

Cause |
The PDF RIP does not detect spot colors when used in a form. Agfa is aware of this problem. The Apogee Pilot workflow is not affected. PostScript output from Pandora is not affected. |

Solution |
Turn off Form Caching in the Pandora Print dialog box. Pandora always caches raster images, so this issue should not impact most jobs. |
