Symptoms

When text is selected in the JOV the Copy, Cut, and Paste commands on the Edit menu are unavailable.

Cause

This is a known problem.

Solution

Use the keyboard shortcuts for these commands.

Copy = Command+C (Mac) or Control+C (Windows)
Cut = Command+X (Mac) or Control+X (Windows)
Paste = Command+P (Mac) or Control+P (Windows)
