Symptoms

If you export a resource without a .XML extension from the ShopMap palette, the resource is hidden when you attempt to import it into another instance of the ShopMap palette.

Cause

This is a known problem.

Solution

There are two workarounds for this problem.

Workaround 1:
Include a “.XML” extension in the resource name.

Workaround 2:
When you import the resource, go up one folder level, then return to the folder to which you exported the resource.
