Symptoms

Complete Title: Attempt to create a Pandora layout interactively in Prinergy fails with "Could not parse the layout plan" error

Products affected: Prinergy Connect 2.1 ; Prinergy Entro 2.1 ; Prinergy Powerpack 2.1 ; Prinergy Satellite; Pandora 1.5, Pandora 2.0.

Attempt to create a Pandora layout interactively fails with an error message indicating that the layout plan could not be parsed.

Cause

Creating a Pandora layout interactively without refining an artwork first generates an error during importing.

Solution

Refine artwork before starting Pandora interactively.
