Symptoms

In Pandora, when you snap the artwork to die stations, the artwork does not snap correctly into place but instead appears off centered even though the trim has been properly set.

This problem occurs with Pandora 2.0 and Prinergy 2.1.0.13.

Cause

This happens because the trim information in the artwork is ignored when passed through to Pandora. Pandora centers the artwork based on the media box instead of the trim box.

Solution

Upgrade to Prinergy 2.1.0.15.
