Symptoms

If MRJLib 2.2 is in the Extensions folder rather than in the MRJ Libraries folder, the Pandora MRJ updater does not remove the older version of MRJ or install the newer version of MRJLib and Pandora fails to install.

Cause

This is a known problem.

Solution

Workaround:
Before installing Pandora, delete the MRJLib v2.2 file from the System:Extensions folder, then install Pandora.

To verify the version of the MRJLib file:

1. In the System:Extensions folder, click the MRJLib file to select it.

2. From the Edit menu, select Get Information.

3. The version number appears under the box at the top of the window that shows the file name.
