PDF display RIP failed to create screen image. CPSI Error Code 102

Symptoms

In Pandora 1.0 and later on Macintosh, Adobe^® Photoshop^® monotones do not RIP. Duotones, tritones, and quadtones RIP correctly.

Cause

This is a known problem in the Adobe^® CPSI RIP.

Solution

We are working with Adobe to find a solution to this problem.

To work around this problem:
Save the monotone as a duotone.
