Symptoms

When the Control palette has the focus, the keyboard shortcuts for selecting a tool on the Tool palette do not work.

Cause

This is a known problem in Pandora 2.5.

Solution

Workaround:

De-select the object in the JIV before pressing a keyboard shortcut.
