Symptoms

Launching Pandora 2.5 from Prinergy causes the error.

Cause

Pandora version 2.5 and earlier cannot parse some PDF files from Prinergy that have been modified in Adobe Acrobat 6; for example, PDF files that have had their trim boxes set.

Solution

The syntax errors that occur during PDF parsing are fixed in Pandora 2.5.3 (PC only), 2.6 (build 157) and Pandora 2.7. The errors remain in versions of Pandora using Mac OS^® 9.
