Symptoms |
Certain PDF files fail to preview in Pandora. The RIP does not generate an image and a red X appears in the JIV. |

Cause |
Distiller 5.0 shortens long file names by inserting elipses (...) in the middle of the file name. This causes Pandora to fail to preview the files. |

Solution |
Rename the PDF file so it is shorter and does not contain ellipses. |
