Japs Olson had a Harlequin RIP running on a Dec Alpha 500 with 256 MB RAM. Performance wasn't a big problem because they knew their RIPs would be slow and were in the process of upgrading their RIPs to a 2/500mhz Intel with 1GB RAM.
