The key to obtaining registered backups on the Iris43WIDE is understanding where the Prinergy and the Iris43WIDE actually put the image. First, you must set the Prinergy Work and Turn process plan to Center Along Width and Center Along Height. In theory that should be all that is necessary. However, the Iris43WIDE actually shifts its printed image about half an inch to the left (as you face the printer) so that it does not cut off any of the image in the unprintable area. Thus, it is necessary to account for this shift to obtain registered output.
This is an oxymoron; there are no notches on the trailing edge of the paper so you cannot tumble it. You should just delete this process plan if it exists.
The settings above should work for any Iris43WIDE, and should be tweakable to within about 2 pixels of perfect register. If the error is larger, measure it and add (or subtract, as appropriate) half of the error to each of the shifts along width. Always keep the front and back shift equal. Also, note that the settings listed here are for PrintArea = Normal. If you have the register set to PrintArea = Extended, then the shifts given above will presumably be a bit too large, so will need to be tweaked.
