The use of RIP Manager allows proofs without operator intervention. Prinergy can output a DCS 1-bit to the RIP Manager. The RIP Manager processes the job, and creates "soj" and "eoj" files ("start of job" and "end of job"), which allows the RIP Manager to process the job without operator intervention. This also prevents other operator's proofs separations getting mixed up on a single proof. However, there is the additional RIP Manager interpretation time (~10 minutes) per proof.

Note: There are some concerns with sending screened data with ColorCombiner (using Staccato 20) to the Fuji FinalProof. Therefore, Staccato 20 is not recommended (at this time) for use with this proofer as it may have difficulty in imaging at that resolution.
