Error |
home share not mounted |
Symptoms |
You cannot open a job that was previously created, and Workshop reports "home share not mounted", although you can still create and open new jobs without errors. This problem only occurs on a PC, and if you had to recreate the AraxiVolume shares. |
Cause |
AraxiVolume shares are case-sensitive. The share might have been renamed or recreated with a slightly different name (for instance with an upper-case rather than a lower-case letter). When Workshop looks for that job in the database, it can’t recognize the changed name. | |
Solution |
1) Delete the share name. 2) Recreate the share name, ensuring that it matches the old share name. Remember that share names are case-sensitive. Permanent fix: |
