In Prinergy 1.1, there is no report to list the medium capacity. The following command line program will list all the media in the system with medium name, freespace, and occupied space. This script is only for Prinergy 1.1 systems, as there is a database report to show the medium capacity on Prinergy 2.0 systems. 1. Create a folder called "FreeSpace" on the Prinergy Server D: drive, for example, in the \\%Prinergyhome%\CreoAraxi\Support\Bin folder. 2. Download the FreeSpace.zip file from the Related Links section below to the folder and then extract it. It contains two files: FreeSpace.cmd and FreeSpace.sql. 3. RCMD into the system. 4. Go to a DOS prompt, change to the location of the folder that you created in step 1. 5. At the prompt, type "FreeSpace". It will list the mediumname, freespace, and occupied space for all media. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
