Symptoms |
After a file has been retrieved from tape, the customer modifies the file and then wants to retrieve the orginal file from the tape again. They enable the Overwrite Existing File option in the Retrieve process plan and the task fails. Error "Retrieved version of the file \\....., differ from the latest archive. Explanation. The retrieval file is different to the latest archived version. The state of the file will appear as ONline and Previously Archived." The file can't be retrieved again. |
