Symptoms |
The Archiver JTP keeps crashing when starting up. |

Cause |
The Primary server name has changed and the tsnlisterner.ora file for Oracle does not get updated with the new server name, which is causing the PARchRet.jtp on the secondary to not be able to connect to the database. | |

Solution |
Update the HOST name in the tnsname.ora and listener.ora files on the D:\Oracle\Network\Admin folder for all secondary and render stations to point to the new Primary server. Permanent fix: |
