Symptoms

When Purge JTP running on a secondary server and tried to purge a job on the Primary server, or the Purge JTP running on the Primary and the job stored on the secondary, purge failed to delete Read Only file on remote server. Purge will move the file status to offline, but the read only file will still retain on the RAID.

Solution

Delete the folder contains the Read Only file manually.

Or uncheck the Read Only attribute of the file and purge again.

NOTE: As file stored on CD set as Read Only, when copying file from CD, uncheck the READ ONLY attribute for the file before archiving the j
