You cannot retrieve any job on a tape set as completed. |

A bug was introduced to retrieve when setting tape to completed. | |

Solution |
Applied patch 2.0.7.7. Or Temporary Workaround. 1. Take the tape offline, deallocate the tape and delete the tape. 2. Insert back to the device, the tape will show up in the import pool and the status will be idle, New. 3. Move the tape back to the appropriate prinergy application pool. 4. Stop and restart Archiver JTP. 5. The status of the tape will change to idle, Allocated. You will be able to retrieve any job on the tape. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
