Symptoms |
DCS2 will not process through hot folders. A DCS2 file can be processed outside of a hot folder using the manual "submit file" method. |

Cause |
The DCS files were written in upper case, while the pagefile parameter in the EPS control file was written in lower case. Hot folder file names are case sensitive. | |
