Symptoms |
When running PPU or PUpdate to upgrade Prinergy server from 2.3 to 3.0.2, it fails. However, there is no error on PCheck. |
|

Cause |
An Oracle database file AUT1Creo.ora already existed on the Oracle data folder that causing the script to fail to create the file again. During upgrade process, the script creates this file, however, when the system is reverted back to 2.3, it does not remove this file. |
|

|
||
Solution |
Temporary workaround, remove the AUT1Creo.ora file and re-run the upgrade. Permanent fix: |
