Symptoms |
When trying to archive or purge an old job after upgrading to 3.0, Archiver JTP disconnected. There is no obvious diag log message. However, there was error captured in Application log. |
Cause |
Needed to add code to read "offset" value from a sparse block, since seeking over sparse blocks doesn't work. | |
Solution |
There is a one off Archiver and Purge JTPs to temporary fix this for 3.0.3.0. Rename the original JTPs in \Prinergy\AdobeExtreme\Bin folder and copy the new one into it. See also for the one -off JTPs. The fix will be on 3.0.3.1 and 3.1.0. Permanent fix: |
