Symptoms

When trying to retrieve a job from XServe, got "Cannot process stream data bytes. Error 5 - Access is denied." in diag log. The file and the appledouble format file were retrieved successfully though.

In the job history, you got a action detail showed the issue.

Some error was encountered while attempting to retrieve the files. 1 files have been retrieved without errors or warnings from removable media A00004. Now verifying the attributes are correct for any files successfully retrieved.[1054603]

Cause

Solution

When copying file on the Mac to the job folder, use the ARAXI account or whatever account that logon to Prinergy to connect to the SMB share to copy the file.
