I want to set permissions for sharing Prinergy job volumes.

Solution

To set permissions for sharing Prinergy job volumes:

1. You must first give the Araxi service account (ARAXI) full access to the share.

2. You can give Everyone read access or no access, depending on what level of security you want.

3. For users who need access to the shares to modify PDF's or to load customer files into the jobs, you must give them read/write access to the shares. You can do that by creating user accounts for everyone needing access to the share and giving them read/write access.
