Cause |
Archiver only read the userdefinedJobFolders registry key from the Primary server. If the Archiver JTP is running on the secondary, it will not re-create the subfolder if it is empty. | |

Solution |
Update the registry key on the system that running the ARchiver JTP. Insert the appropriate value of the subfolders in the \\hkey_local_system\Software\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\JOBD\UserDefinedJobFolders on the system that running the Archiver JTP. Permanent fix: |
