Symptoms

After an abnormal return from Signapack to Workshop, Signapack does not launch successfully. The montage window opens, but not the layout window. (The abnormal return tested consisted of End Task through Task Manager.)

Cause

Solution

When Signapack is launched unsuccessfully after an abnormal return to Workshop, the montage window opens. Select QUIT from the montage window for a 'clean' return to Workshop. Launching Signapack after that will be successful, for both Create New Layout and Edit Layout.
