Symptoms

When you try to use database reports, your username and password are not accepted. The Enter Password window continues to be re-displayed every time you enter a valid username and password.

There are two ways to output the Database Crystal Reports.

1. Print Preview (and then print).

2. Export.

If you try to Export before Print Preview of any report type, then you can get into a loop when your database user password is not accepted.

Cause

Solution

If you want to export a report, do the print preview first. If you get the infinite login box, cancel, start (Go Start > Programs > Prinergy > Database Reports > Report you want to see) and do the print preview first.
