When Prinergy Workshop is installed for the first time on a Mac, the Workshop shortcut on the desktop has the wrong icon. |

Cause |
Mac OS cannot display the correct icon until the folder containing the Workshop executable is opened once. | |

||
Solution |
The folder containing the Workshop executable must be opened to reveal the Workshop executable and then the desktop icon will be updated automatically by the Mac OS. Permanent fix: |
