Symptoms |
Output proofing fails on selected screens in Prinergy 2.1 , with an error in diag of: "Could not find screen in screen system Staccato for <xxx> separation, because resolution/ruling not supported." |

Cause |
The output group has deemed that only Staccato 25 dpi and higher is a valid screening option for 1200 dpi output. This is enforced for Prinergy 2.1 but was not enforced for Prinergy 2.0. | |

Solution |
Resave the staccato screening value in the output process plan with a staccato dpi value of 25 dpi or greater. The output should then run correctly. Permanent fix: |
