Symptoms |
A file fails when refining, stating that the process plan group "Auto Flat Output" is missing and the process plan "AutoFlatOutput" does not exisit. Cause |
In Prinergy 2.0.4, the "Auto Flat Refining" process plan was one of the Final Output process plans, and was required when using "Treat Input File a Flat". This was a registry setting. In 2.0.5, it has changed to "Auto Flat Output". Updating from Prinergy 2.0.4 to 2.0.5 does not update the process plan from "Auto Flat Refining" to "Auto Flat Output" but does update the registery. |

Copy the Final Output Process Plan Group "Auto Flat Output" to system drive/Prinergy2.0.4/CreoAraxi/Data/Process Plans/Final Output. The process plan resides on Betty in the Response Center: \\Betty\D\Prinergy2.0.4\CreoAraxi\data\ProcessPlans\FinalOutput Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
