Symptoms |
In any of the table views with several thousand items, the response to grabbing the scrollbar is sluggish. It can also be hard to reach either end of the table. |

The causes are complex, but attempts to fix this are hampered on the Windows side by a bug in Sun's Java VM. | |

Solution |
On the Macintosh, upgrading from OS 8.1 to OS 8.5 will dramatically improve the scrolling performance. On Windows, there's not much the user can do. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
