Symptoms

After installing Prinergy Major Update 2.0.6.0, the ImportExport JTP does not start up; it remains in "stopped" status.

When starting the JTP manually from Prinergy Administrator, an error appears: "Includes a feature which has no license available"

Cause

Solution

Stop and remove the existing ImportExport JTP and create a new one under the same name and the same license options.

Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0
