Error message: Page cannot be displayed. When a topic is accessed from a hyperlinked graphic (e.g., Workflow Steps illustration), some of the hyperlinks contained in that topic do not work (Page cannot be displayed error). When the same topic is accessed through index, TOC, search, etc., hyperlinks work fine. Not a problem on Mac client. |

Solution |
Access the topic through index, TOC, search, etc., then click on the hyperlinked items. This is a bug with the help creation software. Will be resolved for 2.0. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
