Can't locate patch database files.

Cause

Solution

The database file for each server is located on \\violet\rc_common\prinergy\patchdb.

When you are dialed in to troubleshoot a problem, take some time to copy the patch db to rc_common so that others can benefit and this information is captured. It’s a very small text file so it takes no time at all to download. Please name the PPU.DB file with the following convention: <SiteName>_<ServerName>.db
