Error |
"Requested data is not in Job Package" |
Symptoms |
Exported Job fails during import, with error message : "Requested data is not in Job Package". |
Cause |
An illegal zip filename for Import/Export. When an export file is created in Prinergy, the user can choose the filename. It is also possible to change the name of the file after the export. Accidentally, the user might create a name that is similar to a multi-part export file. In that case, during import, Prinergy will look for these other parts, will not find any, and will fail with an error. |

Solution |
Give the export file another name, making sure not to follow the naming convention for multi-part files. The naming convention for multi-part files is: jobName<partNumber>-<TotalNumberOfParts>.zip For example, myJob3-10.zip means that there are 10 parts in this export and this is part number 3 out of 10. For example, if you receive a file called "myJob3-10.zip" which is not a multi-part file, change the name to: myjob3to10. Permanent fix: |
