Since this is a separated workflow, the Optimizer does not expect non-DeviceGray objects to be present. | |

Solution |
Install Update 2.0.7.20 and ensure resampling is enabled in the optimize section of the process plan. On some systems where downsampling has been manually disabled, please contact the Creo Response Center. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
