Error |

Symptoms |
Attempt to create job fails with the error message: "Discovered nested standard file shares on a server." Clicking OK then displays the following message: "[1088021] No home servers were found." |
Cause |
There are two NT shares pointing to the same directory and each is a “well-known Prinergy share (that is, the share name starts with “AraxiVolume_). | |
Solution |
1. Remove the unnecessary share on the server. 2. Restart Prinergy on all servers. That is, even if the share was on a secondary, you must also restart the primary in order for the change to take effect, because information on the share could be cached on all Prinergy servers. 3. Restart Workshop and try to create your job again.
