Symptoms |
Print Console fails to detect the edge of the plate. In one case, the customer hooked up a Trendsetter with Print Console and Prinergy, with a DLT for backup. The Trendsetter connection worked fine initially. The Trendsetter was removed and a DLT was connected to the other SCSI card. When the Trendsetter was connected again, it no longer worked. |
