Symptoms |
File inexplicably fails in the Normalizer with a limitcheck on clip or eoclip. |

Cause |
Bug in Normalizer. | |

||
Solution |
Set the Normalizer to 300 dpi and the file should work. In the registry, ...\Default\ENOR\JTPName\MaxXResolution and MaxYResolution. NOTE: It is not a good idea to permanently keep the Normalizer at 300 dpi as there or some instances where this causes problems. Note that later versions of Prinergy have more recent versions of Normalizer, and might already correct this (2.1 = Normalizer 5, 2.3 = Normalizer 6). As an alternate workaround, you might have success Distilling in a recent Distiller prior to bringing into Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
