Symptoms |
***Applies to Prinergy Connect, Powerpack, Direct, Satellite, depending on installed configuration.*** A font or fonts are reported missing during Prinergy Refine. However, printer settings in Quark should have resulted in all required fonts being embedded. |
Cause |
Not all of the fonts required by the Quark document were embedded in the PostScript file. There is a problem when the Unlimited Downloadable Fonts option is enabled which prevents required fonts from being downloaded properly for placed EPS graphics. This option is found in the File>Page Setup>PostScript Options dialog in Quark. |

Solution |
Disable the Unlimited Downloadable Fonts option in Quark, or ensure that all required fonts are embedded in EPS graphics. Permanent fix: |
