Error |

Symptoms |
The Mac crashes while populating the folders and files list of the Add Input File dialog box. |
Cause |
Files with bullets or other special symbols that reside on the Prinergy server can cause the Mac Client to launch Adobe Type Manager Deluxe (ATM) when it tries to navigate those files. ATM generates an error that is not handled nicely by Prinergy, and crashes the MacOS. | |
Solution |
Open ATM and delete all sets of fonts. Re-add all your suitcase to ATM. Think of it as "rebuilding" your list of fonts in ATM. Permanent fix: Prinergy 1.1 |
