Symptoms |
When you create a new trap JTP in the Prinergy Administrator, there are two options: Trap - Heidleberg and Trap - Adobe. If you select Trapping - Adobe, the JTP will be stuck forever in the "Starting" state in the Administrator window, never trapping anything, until you remove it. Any process plan that refers to this JTP will fail. |

Cause |
There *is* no Adobe code for the JTP. Only an entry in the UI of the Administrator. We wanted to offer a trapper from Heidelberg and from Adobe, but Adobe's code was too sloooow. We never incorporated it into Prinergy, but the choice was left in the Administrator. | |

Solution |
Remove the Trap- Adobe JTP if you attempted to start it, and only select the Trap - Heidelberg JTP option. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
